Trip Today provides transportation services within Greece and may include additional services as agreed upon in writing. The specific details of each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement or confirmation.
Quotations: All quotes provided by Trip Today are estimates and subject to change until confirmed in writing.
Payment Terms: All charges are payable in Euros and are due upon receipt of the invoice. Payments not received within 15 days will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Cancellation Policy:
Trip Today is liable for loss or damage to goods only when such loss or damage occurs while in our possession. The liability is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the amount paid for transportation.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the goods being transported, including weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements. Customers must ensure that all goods comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Trip Today shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Trip Today reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Customers via email or through our website.
By using Trip Today’s services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
